JENNIFER Aniston has always been transparent about how her active lifestyle helps her maintain her movie star good looks.
Jennifer, 55, shared a snap of herself at the gym in a recent photo dump she posted on Instagram on Saturday.

Jennifer had one hand on her hip, and another draped behind her hair.
Part of her chiseled abs peeked through in the snap, proving that she stays in the gym.
Muscles were in her arms just as much as they filled her taut midsection.
Her fitness trainer, Dani Coleman, was next to the Friends alum in the snap.
Dani was also dressed in skintight leggings and a cropped tank top, except her leggings were black, and the top was blue-green.
Low-impact workouts, staying hydrated, and eating very little sugar are key factors in Jennifer's killer physique.
Jennifer told CR Fashion Book in an interview from October 2023: "I drink a lot of water, move my body daily, try to eat whole, fresh foods, and get as much sleep as I can."
Previously, she had revealed that she had a love for boxing, admitting that she prioritizes rest.
Jennifer likes to stay active, whether she's hiking outdoors, lifting heavy weights in the gym, or holding a half-moon pose during a yoga class.

GET THE SHOW ON THE ROAD
Unlike some fitness fanatics, she doesn't subscribe to spending hours in the gym.
"I can do 20 minutes and get as good of a workout as if I work for an entire hour," she told Women's Health in June 2023.
"I've stopped doing 45 minutes to an hour of just constant cardio, running, and boot camp because my knees can't take it anymore, and it's just not efficient."
Speaking to British Vogue, she added: "Not only do you stress your body, you burn out – who wants to do that at all?"

CHANGING IT UP
Jennifer likes to extract the most out of her workouts, opting for a head-to-toe exercise regimen.
Instead, she wants a head-to-toe workout every time.
"I rarely walk in and think, 'I'm just going to hit the abs today'; I really would like to get a full-body workout every time," she said.
According to Jen, a combination of Pilates, yoga, barre, boxing, hiking, and a relatively new concept called Pvolve achieve this.
"I always like to mix things up because it keeps things very interesting," she said.
