Mark Ronson's character from the controversial Amy Winehouse biopic has been reduce, in response to studies.

Back To Black, directed by Sam Taylor-Johnson, will inform the story of the award-winning singer's life and her tragic dying in 2011.

Marisa Abela will appear because the Rehab hitmaker, while Eddie Marsan will star as her father Mitch Winehouse and her husband Blake Fielder-Civil might be performed by Jack O'Connell.

One notably absent character from the movie's IMDB page is Mark Ronson, Winehouse's mentor and frequent collaborator with the pair working together on her critically acclaimed second album, Back To Black, which Ronson produced.

In line with stories, the character has been 'reduce' from the movie and was resulting from be performed by Canadian actor Jeff Tunke, who had allegedly already filmed his scenes.

In a brand new interview, the actor spoke about appearing in the movie because the lauded music producer before his scenes have been reportedly axed from the ultimate minimize.

'I received to wear his jacket and work with director Sam Taylor-Johnson, which was pretty,' he advised MailOnline.

Producers have denied Ronson's character ever being featured within the movie, and declare these scenes have been never filmed.

They advised the publication in a press release: 'The character of Mark Ronson has by no means appeared on display within the film, so it might not have been potential to 'minimize all the scenes' involving Mark Ronson as they do not exist.'

Ronson beforehand spoke out about the film, praising the script and saying it 'nailed' Winehouse's sense of humour.

'I really like the script and the best way that it really received…Amy was so funny they usually actually nailed her humor. I haven't seen the movie but,' he informed Entertainment Tonight.

The film, resulting from be released on April 12, has been criticised for not using the voice of the late singer and as an alternative having Abela perform her iconic songs.

Fans branded the move 'offensive' whereas calling for many who worked on the film to be 'arrested' after an exclusive clip of Abela singing was launched.

Jonhson defended their choice not to have Abela mime the soundtrack whereas stating that the film is 'not controversial at all' despite fan's reactions.

'Noise will all the time be massive about one thing like this, but no one has actually seen it yet and we've made it via Amy's phrases, music, her perspective,' she informed The Sunday Times Culture Magazine.

Again to Black shall be released in cinemas on April 12.
