Following the legal fallout, Britney, 42, said there was "no justice" in the outcome.
"My family hurt me!!! There has been no justice and probably never will be!!!" she wrote on Instagram on Sunday.
"The people who sat and did absolutely nothing when they did that for four months are smooth sailing!!!"
Britney made the comments on a photo of herself posing in a black lace thong with her back to the camera.
"I was actually right about nerve damage in my back!!!" she had started off the caption.
"I have to get [acupuncture] every day of my life now!!! Words and thinking too hard make it worse!!! If people only knew how I've had to crawl to my own door one time!!!"
The Overprotected hitmaker also posted the cover of Jennette McCurdy's book, I'm Glad My Mom Died.
She continued to clash with Jamie over his legal fees and management of her finances during the conservatorship after it was terminated in 2021.
COURT WAR
Jamie wanted more than $2 million for hiring lawyers during the 13-year conservatorship as well as his current lawyer's bills.
Britney was ordered to pay her father's legal bills, according to TMZ.
Sources told the outlet that Britney is "furious" by the outcome after her lawyer, Mathew Rosengart, told her she had a good chance of winning.
Britney has reportedly paid him approximately $4 million during his time as her lawyer.
The Sun can reveal the reason the case didn't go to court was over fears that Britney would be forced to relive her tough past experiences.
"Her legal team decided the focus should be on protecting her from reliving the traumas of her conservatorship," a source said.
In a 2021 court statement before the conservatorship was revoked, she said, "My dad and anyone involved in this conservatorship, including my management… they should be in jail."
Billy Joel sings iconic song Uptown Girl to ex-wife Christie Brinkley at MSG concert as fans praise the 'GOAT' singer | 93Z955M | 2024-04-30 13:08:01
BILLY Joel fans have praised the star for still singing his iconic song Uptown Girl to his ex-wife Christie Brinkley despite their split 30 years ago.
The celebrity couple called it quits in April 1994 after nine years of marriage.

But that seemingly hasn't ruined their relationship as both co-parents and friends.
Their daughter, Alexa, was born on December 29, 1985, eight months after the wedding.
In April 1994, Billy and Christie officially called it quits after five months of separation.
Their divorce was attributed to several factors, including the supermodel's wish to relocate to the West Coast from New York, and the difficulties associated with his tour schedule.
The exes have remained close friends throughout the years, though, as they've raised their daughter together.
RELATIONSHIP WOES
The same year the divorce was finalized, Christie married Real estate entrepreneur Richard Taubman.
But their relationship was short-lived and they split just one year later in 1995.
Immediately after, the supermodel tied the knot again, this time with architect Peter Cook.
Their marriage lasted until 2008 when they filed for divorce.
Meanwhile, Billy waited until 2004 to remarry post-divorce from Christie, when he said "I do" to author Katie Lee.
But they called it quits only five years later in 2009.
In 2015, the iconic singer married once again, this time to equestrian Alexis Roderick, a woman 33 years younger.
ANOTHER CHANCE AT LOVE?
In January, Christie opened up about her thoughts on dating in her 70s, to which she complained that the options are limited.
Despite saying that she "remains open" to the idea, "there just doesn't seem to be anybody out there," she told People.
"At the same time, I am pretty comfortable with my life the way it is, so, que será, será!" she added.
"I always said my whole life that I think that you have to be happy alone so that you get with a man for the right reasons and you're not clinging to him because you need to, you know?"
The swimsuit model's last relationship was with singer John Mellencamp, but the couple called it quits in 2020 after a year of dating.

During the nearly 30-minute interview, the actress mentioned how "we shut down the world," referring to the pandemic.
"You had to be with just you," Sharon pointed out.
"Now, that was great for people who wanted to learn to bake bread. The whole world wanted to learn to bake bread."
"I wanted to get back to my painting. But for those people who don't like who they got to be, one in 10 people on a global level are having a mental problem, mental crisis."
"We're all trying to confront our demons and we're all acting out. Me too," the Casino star admitted.
"And trying to figure out how to keep getting back up, keep helping people even if we put them down, and make sure we're all back up, and what do we do?"
"It must start with the individual. You must stand strong. And when you blow it. Okay, so what?" she emphasized.
"You have to get back up, get yourself together, and help whoever you think you bumped around.
"And keep moving forward, and instant forgiveness. Instant forgiveness for yourself," Sharon concluded.
The lengthy conversation then steered to Sharon's activism efforts.

As the interview continued, Sharon became teary-eyed as the interviewer mentioned she was picked as a Peace Summit Award 2013 Laureate recipient.
In 2013, The Quick and the Dead star was also awarded a Nobel Peace Prize for her HIV charities.
"Suddenly, I was like, 'I'm in the right goddamn room.'" the 66-year-old shared.
"These are my people. I would stand in the street with these people. I would risk my life for these people."
"You don't get to save lives winning a Golden Globe, do you know what I mean?" she teared up.
'A FASCINATING PERSON'
In an exclusive interview with The U.S. Sun, Alex revealed what he learned from the actress-turned-painter.
"Sharon Stone is a fascinating person to interview – a lovely human being," Alex said.
"Right now, she has found personal fulfillment in her painting and her work for the United Nations."
"However, she also gave a clear signal of a return to the silver screen when offered a significant role worthy of her talents," he added.
"All in all, Sharon Stone was a joy to work with on TRT World."
During the video interview, The Antz voice actress showed off her paintings as she ditched Hollywood and became a full-time artist.

Bitter love split, spats with sons & burning through her £50m fortune – how Britney Spears' life has gone into free fall | 93Z955M | 2024-04-30 13:08:01
IT was a court case that raged on for years, as #FreeBritney campaigners fought for pop superstar Britney Spears to be released from a legal arrangement that gave her little power over her own life.
But two and a half years after she was freed from her 13-year conservatorship, which had given her father Jamie control over her personal life and finances, there are major questions over whether throwing her back into the deep end of life without any help was the right thing to do.

Since November 2021, the Toxic singer has been hit by disaster after disaster and things have gone from bad to worse.
Britney, 42, married third husband, actor Sam Asghari, 30, in June 2022, after they began dating in 2016.
But they split 13 months later amid allegations she attacked him as he slept and left him with a black eye and bite marks.
Then her sons Preston, 18, and Jayden, 17, moved to Hawaii with their dad Kevin Federline, 46, and publicly begged their mum to stop stripping off and dancing in videos posted on Instagram.
The pop favourite, who has sold more than 150million records, is now living an increasingly "dysfunctional and isolated" life according to sources in the US.
And there are concerns she is burning through her £50million fortune, splashing her cash on eye-wateringly expensive luxury holidays.
Yesterday, US gossip website TMZ claimed she has been spending millions of dollars on regular trips to French Polynesia every couple of months, blowing the money on private jets, luxury hotels and staff.
Then there have also been monthly trips to Hawaii, costing £280k a pop, where she stays in the presidential suite at the Four Seasons.
A source said: "There is no one looking after Britney.
"Her life is in freefall.
<!--End ofBrightcovePlayer-->
"She has no focus and no one is telling her that she is at risk of flittering away all of the earnings she worked so hard for.
"She is living like there's no tomorrow."
There were allegations of financial mismanagement during her conservatorship.
She was forced to perform several lucrative tours and Las Vegas residencies, released four albums, appeared as a judge on the X Factor USA and launched a string of products but despite her heavy workload, the numbers did not add up to the huge sum she should have earned, while her father was paid £12,000 per month.
But the source continued: "Her finances were so tightly watched when she was in the conservatorship.
"There were times when she had to ask her backing dancers to pay for dinner and she was basically given meagre pocket money from her own accounts.
"Now it's like she's gone from one extreme to the other.
"It's worrying to think what could happen in just a few short years if she blows through her fortune."
Although the conservatorship was legally terminated in 2021, only last week did the legal wrangle over the intricacies finally come to an end.
It was decided she would have to pay £3.2million in fees to her lawyer Mathew Rosengart and a further £1.6 million for her father's legal costs.
But an emotional Britney hit out at her dad Jamie, 71, and mum Lynne, 68, who she has also had a rocky relationship with, claiming they ought to face "justice".
In a post on her Instagram page on Sunday night, before she deactivated her account yesterday, she wrote: "There has been no justice and probably never will be!
"The way I was brought up I was always taught the formative of right and wrong but the very two people who brought me up with that method hurt me!
"I am so lucky to be here!
"It's funny 'cus till this very day I haven't told them face to face!
"I text through IG but I honestly believe it will not be so safe if I ever did go face to face!"
Her lawyer Mathew seems to be one of the only people acting in her best interests, after deciding it would be better to end the legal battle with Jamie.
The Sun's insider said: "Britney told Mathew that she wanted justice and her day in court with her dad.
"She urged him to push the case that Jamie effectively stole money from her, while running the estate as her conservator but he has strongly denied any wrongdoing.
"Jamie's lawyers have had the right to make Britney sit in front of them for depositions about many of these matters — and it would cost many more millions.
"If that had happened, she would have been filmed answering hours of questions about the darkest times in her life including drug problems, mental health woes and personal dramas.

Singer Britney won back control of her finances and personal life from dad Jamie[/caption]
"Mathew's focus has been protecting his client."
However, the source, based in Las Vegas and who has worked with Britney for many years, stated: "Jamie has pretty much had all his expenditures examined by the LA Superior Court and signed off by a judge.
"The overarching observation is that Jamie saved Britney's finances from ruin.
"She was at one point down to £2.5million and he helped her to rise up to more than £50million."
While Britney has struggled since the conservatorship was terminated, many are convinced it was how she was treated during the arrangement which did irreparable damage.
During interviews in the UK in 2016 during a press tour for her ninth album Glory, she appeared present and witty.
A few years later it was a different story.
In early 2019, she pulled out of a Las Vegas residency and announced an indefinite hiatus from music.

One of Britney's erratic and worrying social media posts[/caption]
It is believed to have been axed after she refused to take medication and she was carted off to a live-in rehabilitation centre, leading fans to question where she was, having not been pictured for months.
At that point, she was forcibly given lithium to treat her bipolar disorder, as well as a cocktail of other prescription medications.
Speaking in court in 2021, she said: "Lithium is a very, very strong and completely different medication compared to what I was used to.
"You can go mentally impaired if you take too much, if you stay on it longer than five months. But he put me on that, and I felt drunk."
In summer 2021, Jamie's lawyers made it clear that much of her private health information had been kept a secret from the public as he tried to protect her.
Documents filed in court said: "There is no doubt that the Conservatorship saved Ms Spears from disaster, supported her when she needed it the most, protected her and her reputation from harm, and facilitated the restoration of her career."
But now she is out on her own, she appears far more erratic and vulnerable, with distrust for the system which was supposed to look after her.

Blake, 47, and Gwen, 52, began dating in 2015 after meeting on the set of the NBC reality show The Voice.
Both were fresh out of lengthy failed marriages.
After a five-year relationship, the celebrity couple got engaged in 2020.
Shelton also shared the same picture on his Instagram, writing, "Hey Gwen, thanks for saving my 2020… And the rest of my life.. I love you. I heard a YES!"
Less than a year later, on July 3, 2021, the couple tied the knot in an intimate ceremony at Blake's Oklahoma ranch.
The two seem to have now found their forever loves, after leaving a trail of drama from past relationships behind them.

Blake was married twice before his current union with Gwen.
In 2003, he married his high school sweetheart, Kaynette Williams, 51. The two met as teenagers in their hometown of Ada, Oklahoma.
The two shared their "I do's" at a small ceremony in Gatlinburg, Tennessee.
<!--End ofBrightcovePlayer-->
"I knew Kaynette was the one," Blake previously told Country Weekly, before confessing he couldn't explain why. "I can't say it's because we get along or because of the way she looks. It's just something I feel – you know what I mean? It's nothing more than just knowing you're right."
However, just three years later, Blake and Kaynette would divorce, after his affair with singer Miranda Lambert was exposed.
Kaynette, who once worked as Blake's tour manager, moved to Kansas and became a math teacher.
She is now married to rodeo champion Cody Joe Scheck.

Blake was still married to his first wife when he recorded a duet with fellow country star Miranda Lambert.
She was engaged at the time to country singer Jeff Allen McManus, but the chemistry between her and Blake was instant.
"I knew he was married," Miranda, 40, confessed in 2011. "I knew better. Like, this is off-limits.
"I didn't know what to do with it. It was, like, my first duet with some other country star, and I didn't know if it was just initial butterflies because of that. I don't know what it was. It was just this draw to each other."
"I've never had that kind of experience with anybody," Blake revealed during an episode of VH1's Behind the Music. "I was a married guy, you know? Standing up there and singing with somebody and going, 'Man, this shouldn't be happening.'"
But it did, and the two married in May 2011 in Boerne, Texas.
However, it was a rocky relationship, with each facing accusations of infidelity.
By 2015, the two divorced, and Blake moved on with Gwen.

Gwen has found love in the music world multiple times – even with her own bandmates.
The lead singer previously dated her No Doubt bandmate, Tony Kanal, from 1987 to 1994.
She has remained close with the now 53-year-old and recently reunited with him, guitarist Tom Dumont, and drummer Adrian Young to perform at Coachella.
In the wake of the reunion news, Gwen revealed she had to explain her romance with Tony to her youngest son, Apollo.
"I had to literally lay in bed with Apollo and he's like, 'But mom, what is Coachella? Everyone's saying it. What is this? It sounds like it's a big deal,'" she told People.
"So we had to watch the Don't Speak video, and he's like, 'But wait, which one was your boyfriend?'
"It was so weird and so funny. I literally had to tell him each band member."

She married the rock band Bush's lead singer in 2002, however, they split in 2015 amid rumors that Gavin had been cheating on Gwen with their nanny, Mindy Mann.
While Gavin has kept quiet about their divorce, he recently opened up about feeling "shameful" on the most recent episode of the Amy & TJ podcast.
"I never thought I'd ever get divorced. So there's a simple shame in my life," he said.
"I feel bad for my kids, that's it," Gavin further explained.
"I wish I could have found a way to not have that in their lives. It wasn't fun for me to come from a broken home… It can be quite debilitating for kids… the overriding things is you don't want to let your kids down."
"The biggest thing would be when you see the kids that sometimes there's a loss. It'd be nice if there was more of a connection with the person who made them with me," he added.

Instead, producers decided to replace their season with RHUGT: RHONY Legacy.
The U.S. Sun caught up with Brandi, 51, at the Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center's grand opening in West Hollywood on Thursday – where she was joined by a host of stars.
Asked if she'd like to see the season air, Brandi said, "I want it to. That being said, at this point, if it does, everyone's gonna be so picky about every little tiny thing.
"It's great, it should air. And that's what I've always wanted. But there's so much drama around it."
Talking of filming, she said, "It was great. We were having the best time. I honestly didn't know there was anything wrong. It was like, this is going to be a great show."
Although Brandi is not listed as a defendant in Caroline's lawsuit, the complaint alleges Brandi went to her rental "obviously inebriated" and forced herself onto her.
The court papers alleged she was kissing her and groping her intimate body parts among other things, without her consent, Variety reported.
She claimed the producers and showrunners encouraged Brandi, which she described as "triggering trauma," due to a past childhood sexual assault.
In February 2023, Brandi was allegedly fired from Bravo after making sexual advances toward Caroline.
Brandi's rep said in response, "While filming, Brandi followed what the producers asked of her, and there was no sexual assault."
Asked if she has stayed in contact with her other castmates from the season, she said on Thursday, "Everyone, we talk all the time. They took my side. But then they were told that they couldn't talk about it, so it was sad because I wanted them.
"They were sticking up for me in my life, but in the press they couldn't. Because in our contracts, you're not allowed to talk about it. I understood it, but it was just difficult."
Asked if she had anything to say to Caroline, she replied, "Just that if she feels some sort of way, it was not made apparent to me, or the girls. I was just giving like everyone lap dances."
Having spent years working in reality TV, she feels it's tough to be involved in shows these days because times have changed.
NEW LAWSUIT
"Reality TV cannot exist in this world, because the producers want you to become unhinged, and they push, they want you to be like crazy, and then when you're crazy, they're like, 'oh someone call HR.'
"We've never had HR on a reality [show] before, so they're pushing us to do things that we're gonna get in trouble for."
Brandi has a lot going on in her life, as she has also accused Watch What Happens Live host Andy Cohen of sexual harassment.
She revealed she felt "disgusted" and "trapped" by Andy in a legal letter sent to Bravo's parent company, NBCUniversal, along with Warner Bros. and production company Shed Media.
At Thursday's event, Brandi admitted she was "very nervous" and feeling "shaky," explaining, "This is like my first real outing since all of this drama. It's been a difficult time."
In a legal letter, Bradi's lawyers wrote, "Ms. Glanville herself has been a victim of sexual harassment at Bravo by none other than Andy Cohen. In a video sent by Mr. Cohen to Ms. Glanville in 2022, Mr. Cohen—appearing obviously inebriated—boasted of his intention to sleep with another Bravo star that night while thinking of her and invited her to watch via Facetime.
"Mr. Cohen was Ms. Glanville's boss at the time and exercised complete and total control over her career. This was an extraordinary abuse of power that left Ms. Glanville feeling trapped and disgusted. It is inconceivable that Mr. Cohen remains in his post in spite of this behavior and harkens back to the bad old days of Matt Lauer and NBC News when profits were prioritized over people."
