And on Thursday, the NFL superstar, 29, was in charge of transporting wife Brittany's, 29, breast milk as he joined her at a commercial shoot. The model — who gave birth to the couple's third child in January — shared a photo of Patrick holding two to-go containers of breast milk during their car ride on her Instagram Story.
