Sara Rivers, who competed on Sean "Diddy" Combs' Making the Band and was a member of Da Band, has filed a $60 million lawsuit against him. On Friday, Feb. 28, Rivers, who went by Sara Stokes on the MTV reality series, filed a 148-page lawsuit against the rapper as the deadline on claims linked to New York City's Gender Motivated Violence Act was set to close. In addition to Combs, Rivers listed more than two dozen defendants, including Universal Music, MTV, Bad Boy officials, and Combs' mother, Janice.
