MSNBC's Rachel Maddow has taken issue with Donald Trump's first week back in the White House, bizarrely mocking his response to the Los Angeles wildfires. Speaking to Pod Save America host Jon Favreau, Maddow said she was perplexed by President Trump's insistance that California simply needed to 'turn on the valve' to gain access to water to help fight the fires. California officials were slammed amid reports that firefighters ran out of water and hydrants were dry as they fought valiantly to contain simultaneous blazes tearing through affluent parts of Los Angeles.
