Dramatic video shows a Florida man violently robbing an 83-year-old woman just moments after she collected lottery winnings. The suspect Diego Tavarez Fleury, 24, was taken into custody after the incident outside Buddy's Food and Lotto in Orlando. Surveillance footage captured Tavarez Fleury approaching Ruth Monroe as she was getting in the car and showed him attempting to snatch her winnings before being confronted by the store manager. Monroe told local NBC affiliate WESH: 'I'm 83, I've never gotten punched.
