Autumn has arrived, and with it, comes an influx of sugary caffeine offerings from coffee shops across the country. And while sugar-laden pumpkin spice lattes may seem like the go-to choices, a coffee expert has revealed why you think twice before indulging in seasonal favourites. Tom Saxon, from Stoke-On-Trent, who run Batch Coffee, a speciality coffee subscription, revealed you should step away from syrups and opt for black coffee instead.
