Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney are close friends, owners of a Welsh soccer team, and now beer owners, too. Reynolds, 48, and McElhenney, 47, announced they are the new co-owners of Wrexham Lager Beer Co Ltd in a video, shared first with PEOPLE. The company is the oldest lager brewery still existing in Great Britain and has been brewing in Wales since 1882. The venture comes nearly four years after the actors entered their bid for Wrexham AFC in 2020 and finalized the purchase in February 2021.
