Phoebe Gates is feeling 22! Phoebe, the youngest child of Bill Gates and Melinda French Gates, got into the party spirit a day before her actual birthday on Saturday, Sept. 14. A series of photos shared on her Instagram Story documented a sweet celebration thrown by the team at Phia, the forthcoming digital fashion platform co-founded by the Stanford graduate and her former roommate Sophia Kianni. In the images, Phoebe raised a glass and blew out the candles on a special blue cake.
