A California mother who was hauled out of Disneyland in handcuffs for allegedly trying to sneak her daughters inside has threatened to sue the theme park. Jessenia Diaz, 26, of Torrance, was taken into custody on Tuesday and charged with suspicion of trespassing after officials at the Happiest place on Earth say she tried to bring her two daughters into the park without paying. Following the incident Diaz, posted on TikTok to recount the incident, replying to commenter who asked if she was pursuing legal action: 'For sure suing.
