An illegal migrant has been arrested in connection to the brutal murder of a family of four in their upstate New York home. Julio Cesar Pimentel-Soriano, 34, was arrested on September 7 and charged with second degree murder after allegedly using a 'sharp object' in the fatal stabbings of the family in their Irondequoit home. The charred remains of the family - identified as 30-year-old Fraime Ubaldo, 26-year-old Marangely Moreno-Santiago, four-year-old Evangeline Ubaldo-Moreno and two-year-old Sebastian Ubaldo-Moreno - were discovered in their burned-up home in the early morning of August 31, the DailyMail.
