Walmart to offer FREE burgers after partnering with major food chain
Walmart is set to give customers of its subscription program free burgers as part of its new partnership with a major fast food chain. Walmart+, the grocery giant's $98-a-year subscription service, will offer its users a 25 percent discount on all orders and free Whoppers every three months as parts of a new deal with Burger King. The retailer launched its subscription program four years ago in a bid to compete with Amazon Prime, which costs $139 a year.
