Lisa Vanderpump's latest project is one very close to her heart. The Bravo star and restaurateur is partnering with Kroger grocery stories to debut Vanderpump Blooms x Bloom Haus, a new floral collection featuring bouquets in various colorful palettes launching Sept. 4.
