Notre Dame Fighting Irish quarterback CJ Carr (13) calls a play against the Brigham Young Cougars | Rob Gray-Imagn Images Credit: IMAGN IMAGES via Reuters Connect (Reuters)
Utah's quarterback threw two interceptions against Houston, but his work on the ground kept the Utes unbeaten at 7-0. "I'm never scared to tote the rock ," Dampier said. My QB4 is the highest-ranked quarterback on the DraftKings noon slate, yet he costs $200 less than QB9 Trinidad Chambliss.
His $11,100 FanDuel salary also sits below lower-ranked Drew Mestemaker and Darian Mensah. Cincinnati is coming off a 37-24 upset of then-No. 8 Texas Tech, but the Bearcats allow 7.4 yards per dropback.
Notre Dame's quarterback completed 27 of 49 passes for 261 yards in the 28-24 loss at BYU, the first defeat for the Irish before last week's open date. He has 1,639 passing yards and 16 touchdown passes this season. My QB3 costs $10,800 on FanDuel, the eighth-highest quarterback salary despite topping my rankings in that pool. Navy allows 8.7 yards per dropback, but its triple option ranks third nationally in rushing and shortens games, and a lopsided score could send Carr to the bench early.
Daniels threw for 298 yards and four touchdowns in Florida State's 43-35 double-overtime loss at Miami, and he's accounted for 23 touchdowns this season, 11 of them on the ground. Leading rusher Ousmane Kromah suffered a season-ending ankle injury in that game, which puts more of the running load on the quarterback.
My QB13 is the second-highest-ranked quarterback on the DraftKings evening slate, and his $8,700 salary is $500 less than QB14 Mensah. Clemson ranks seventh in adjusted expected points added per play on defense, and Daniels costs a position-high $12,000 on FanDuel, so keep him to DraftKings.
Wake Forest Demon Deacons quarterback Gio Lopez (3) is tackled by Purdue Boilermakers defensive back Jaden Mangham (2) | Marc Lebryk-Imagn Images
Lopez threw for 267 yards and four touchdowns in a 41-7 win at Cal before Wake Forest's open date. "Gio Lopez played exceptional once again ," Wake Forest coach Jake Dickert said. The North Carolina transfer has 1,947 passing yards, 17 touchdown passes and a team-high six rushing scores.
My QB15 costs $7,800 on DraftKings, less than lower-ranked Kevin Jennings, Noah Fifita and LaNorris Sellers. Check on receiver Carlos Hernandez, Wake Forest's leader with 720 receiving yards, who's listed as questionable on DraftKings.
Brown ran for 115 yards in Auburn's 27-24 upset of then-No. 1 Georgia, but LSU recorded seven sacks and held him to 21 rushing yards in a 38-17 loss last week. The former USF quarterback still leads Auburn with 479 rushing yards and six rushing touchdowns. " Wipe it clean, reset and go ," Auburn coach Alex Golesh said.
My QB16 costs $7,500 on DraftKings and $10,200 on FanDuel, less than lower-ranked Jennings, Fifita and Gunner Stockton on both sites. Ole Miss gave up 157 rushing yards to Texas back Raleek Brown last week.
Simmons threw for 339 yards in Missouri's 31-3 loss at Ole Miss, his former school, and he has 1,773 passing yards and 14 touchdown passes this season. Missouri had an open date before its trip to Arkansas, which picked up its only SEC win at Vanderbilt last week and allows 7.9 yards per dropback.
My QB47 costs $6,700 on the DraftKings evening slate, $900 less than QB46 Jayden Maiava. He's a salary saver who pairs with Cayden Lee and Donovan Olugbode below.

Missouri Tigers running back Jamal Roberts (20) runs the ball during the first quarter against the Mississippi State Bulldogs | Petre Thomas-Imagn Images
Roberts has 867 rushing yards and eight touchdowns, but Ole Miss held him to 39 yards on 20 carries in Missouri's last game. Arkansas allows 5.6 yards per carry, which gives the Tigers' lead back a softer matchup after the open date.
Ahmad Hardy returned to full practice this week, but he's listed out on DraftKings and Missouri coach Eli Drinkwitz hasn't set a timeline, so the carries still run through Roberts. My RB3 costs $8,800 on the DraftKings evening slate, $300 less than RB5 Caleb Hawkins.
Hawkins ran 19 times for 120 yards and caught five passes for 72 yards in Oklahoma State's 57-24 win over Colorado. Iowa State coach Jimmy Rogers said Hawkins has "gotten bigger and faster and is running through people's faces " this season.
My RB5 is the highest-ranked running back on FanDuel, but his $9,800 salary trails Wayshawn Parker and Kendrick Raphael. Iowa State lost 39-3 at Arizona last week and allows 5.4 yards per carry. Roberts is the better relative price on DraftKings.
Raphael scored three touchdowns against his former team, running for 104 yards and catching a 22-yard touchdown pass on fourth down in SMU's 59-20 win over Cal. "I just told him I'm glad he's in the right jersey this time," SMU coach Rhett Lashlee said. He leads the Mustangs with 641 rushing yards and eight rushing touchdowns.
My RB10 costs $7,600 on DraftKings, less than lower-ranked Cole Tabb, J'Koby Williams and Jadan Baugh. Syracuse allows 5.6 yards per carry, but his $10,100 FanDuel price makes DraftKings the better site for SMU at Syracuse at noon ET on ESPN2.
Georgia running back Dwight Phillips Jr. (20) runs for a gain during the third quarter against Auburn | Dale Zanine-Imagn Images
Phillips scored on a 15-yard run in Georgia's 27-24 loss to Auburn before the Bulldogs' open date. Chauncey Bowens is listed as questionable with a foot injury, and Nate Frazier was limited to nine carries against Auburn after missing two games.
My RB18 costs $5,200 on DraftKings and $7,400 on FanDuel, $3,300 and $1,300 less than RB19 Baugh on the other side. Georgia ranks first in ESPN's offensive efficiency ratings, and Florida allows 5.1 yards per carry.
Ferguson leads Pitt in rushing, and his role could grow with Ja'Kyrian Turner listed as doubtful on DraftKings. Georgia Tech allowed 399 rushing yards in a 49-27 loss to Boston College last week and gives up 5.6 yards per carry.
My RB26 costs $5,400 on the DraftKings evening slate, less than lower-ranked Mark Fletcher Jr., Javian Mallory and Bo Jackson.
Hill ran 13 times for 83 yards in Oregon's 21-10 loss at Illinois, splitting the work with Jordon Davison. Oregon coach Dan Lanning fired offensive coordinator Drew Mehringer the next day. "I believe a new direction is necessary to move our offense forward," Lanning said.
The Centralia, Illinois, native led the Big Ten at 8.75 yards per carry as a freshman last season. My RB39 costs $6,800 on FanDuel, less than RB40 Caleb Komolafe, RB41 Mallory and RB42 Jackson. Northwestern allows 5.7 yards per carry.

Arizona State Sun Devils wide receiver Reed Harris (3) celebrates a touchdown against the Kansas State Wildcats | Mark J. Rebilas-Imagn Images
Harris caught six passes for 147 yards in Arizona State's 28-17 win over Kansas State. Arizona State coach Kenny Dillingham called the Boston College transfer " a superstar ." Harris leads the Sun Devils with 800 receiving yards and eight touchdowns.
My WR9 is the highest-ranked receiver on the DraftKings noon slate, and his $7,700 salary is less than WR10 Umari Hatcher, WR17 Deuce Alexander and WR22 Charlie Becker. Arizona State QB Mikey Keene left that game with a leg injury, so true freshman Jake Fette could start.
Lee leads Missouri with 678 receiving yards in his first season since transferring from Ole Miss, where he played with Simmons. The Georgia native caught five passes for 62 yards in the loss to his former team.
My WR7 is the second-highest-ranked receiver on the DraftKings evening slate, and his $7,000 salary is less than WR14 Wyatt Young, WR19 Justin Bowick and WR58 Trent Mosley. Arkansas allows 7.9 yards per dropback, and pairing Lee with Simmons costs $13,700.
Young caught a 28-yard touchdown pass from Mestemaker in the fourth quarter of the 57-24 win over Colorado, and he leads Oklahoma State with 639 receiving yards. Mestemaker has thrown for at least 300 yards in six straight games.
My WR14 costs $8,400 on FanDuel, $500 less than lower-ranked teammate Bowick and $600 less than Mosley. Iowa State allows 7.8 yards per dropback, which gives the Cowboys' passing game a favorable path in Ames.
Faison leads Notre Dame with 451 receiving yards and four touchdown catches after giving up lacrosse to focus on football. My WR29 costs $7,800 on FanDuel, less than lower-ranked Anthony Evans III, Griffin Wilde and Nick Marsh.
Navy allows 8.7 yards per dropback, and pairing Faison with Carr costs $18,600. Both players carry the same risk of reduced snaps if Notre Dame builds a big lead in Foxborough.
BYU Cougars wide receiver Legend Glasker (1) makes a catch against the Utah Tech Trailblazers | Rob Gray-Imagn Images
BYU's freshman receiver from Lehi, Utah, caught a 28-yard touchdown pass on third-and-13 in the first overtime of a 39-31 double-overtime loss at UCF. Glasker leads the Cougars with 444 receiving yards. My WR36 is the seventh-highest-ranked receiver on the DraftKings noon slate, yet his $5,400 salary ranks 23rd. Hernandez, Wilde and Marsh all rank below him and cost at least $1,300 more. Harris and Glasker play on opposite sides of Arizona State at BYU, so they work together in a game stack.
Olugbode leads Missouri with six touchdown catches after making 30 receptions for 401 yards as a freshman last season. My WR25 is the sixth-highest-ranked receiver on the DraftKings evening slate, but his $5,600 salary ranks 12th.
He costs less than Cataurus Hicks, Jordan Allen, Chris Marshall and Jordan Shipp despite ranking ahead of all four. Pairing him with Simmons costs $12,300, which leaves room for Lee or Roberts in a Missouri stack.
Wingo caught seven passes for 111 yards and a 50-yard touchdown in Texas' 34-27 win over Ole Miss. Cam Coleman, who leads the Longhorns with six touchdown catches, hurt his shoulder in that game and is listed as questionable.
Mississippi State cornerback Kelley Jones said Wingo "has really good stability and his speed is underrated ." My WR40 costs $5,400 on DraftKings and $7,700 on FanDuel, less than WR54 Coleman on both sites. Oklahoma's John Mateer threw for 283 yards against the Bulldogs last week.
The Colorado State transfer caught four passes for 66 yards and a touchdown in Oklahoma's 23-15 win at Mississippi State, and he leads the Sooners with four touchdown catches. Beers is my TE3, but his No. 102 FLEX ranking is the more useful number when he's competing with receivers for a roster spot.
DraftKings lists him as a receiver at $4,200, less than lower-ranked FLEX options Kari Ashley, Kyler Kasper and Ed Small. South Carolina allows 6.8 yards per dropback.
Thurman leads North Carolina with four touchdown catches, and the 6-foot-6 Ohio State transfer is my TE4 and No. 106 in FLEX, ahead of every other tight end I rank in the FanDuel pool. His $6,500 salary is $800 less than lower-ranked FLEX option Kasper.
Miami allows just 3.5 yards per carry, which should push the Tar Heels toward the pass. "We've moved the ball, but we've left some points out there on the field," North Carolina coach Bill Belichick said.
