Anna Kournikova revealed her youngest child's name, Romeo, in an Instagram post featuring all four of her children

Anna Kournikovacasually revealed the name of her andEnrique Iglesias' fourth baby, more than three months after he was born.
On Thursday, March 19, the 44-year-old former tennis pro took toInstagramto share a new photo of herfour children, all of whom she shares with the 50-year-old "Hero" singer.
The picture included their newest arrival, whowas born on Dec. 17, 2025. In the accompanying caption, Kournikova revealed that she and Iglesias had settled on a romantic name for their youngest — Romeo.
She captioned the post, featuring all four children sitting together with baby Romeo snuggled in his older siblings' arms, with everyone's names: "Lucy+Nicolas+Mary+Romeo." The picture, which was alsoposted by Iglesias, shows Kournikova barely in frame, looking through her camera lens to take the precious snapshot.
This marks the first time that the longtime couple, who first got together in 2001, have confirmed their youngest's name. In their joint birth announcement onInstagram, Kournikova simply captioned the post, "My Sunshine" alongside Romeo's birthdate.
A few days later, she shared thefirst portraitof all four of the children, captioning this one "My Sunshines."

Sixteen years after they started their relationship, Iglesias and Kournikova became parents for the first time when they welcomed twins Lucy and Nicholas, now 8. Their second daughter, Mary, was born on Jan. 30, 2020 and is now 6.

A source exclusively confirmed to PEOPLE in August 2025 that the pair wasexpanding their family again.
"Anna and Enrique are very happy to become parents again," the insider said at the time. "They have proven to be great parents to their three children, and both of them love the process. They enjoy the activities and all that goes along with raising children."
Romeo, born just a few days before the holidays, was described as "the best Christmas present ever" by an insider, who added thatthe couple is "floating on air."
"Anna and Enrique love family life and will spend the holidays with their family, which varies in size depending on who is around," the insider said at the time. "It will be busy and chaotic as always, only a bit more so, but all with joy and love."
Iglesias and Kournikova met on the set of the singer's "Escape" music video in 2001. The rest was fate.
"[The videochanged my life] in ways that I didn't even think about," Iglesias told PEOPLE in October 2023, adding that he and his love "grew up" together. They also shared a mutual understanding of life in the spotlight, which he thinks helped them bond.
"When we met — although she came from the sports world — in a way, we kind of got each other. She knew what my world was like. I kind of knew what her world was like. So that understanding helped a lot," he reflected. "We just started connecting little by little and got stronger and stronger and stronger."
