A British backpacker could spend up to a month in an overcrowded US jail after border guards accused her of having the wrong visa, as her parents fear she has become caught up in President Trump's crackdown on immigration. Rebecca Burke, 28, was on a 'once in a lifetime' solo travelling trip across the US and Canada when it turned into a nightmare after she was handcuffed while trying to cross the Canadian border on February 26.
