Veteran Affairs secretary unleashes on mainstream media and their 'lies' in brutal video
Donald Trump's Veterans Affairs Secretary Doug Collins smashed the mainstream media for lying about some of his plans to help those who served the nation in combat. The 58-year-old former Georgia Republican is a retired colonel and ex-military chaplain before becoming a Congressman. He received a bipartisan vote to confirmation of 77-23, with all the dissents coming from Democrats. Collins has been publicly annoyed with Washington elite media of late, lamenting that reading the Washington Post, he saw 'one article that presented an even-handed perspective of the actions of the Trump Administration.
