The Florida 'meathead' attorney who was arrested after sparking a huge brawl over over a wedding buffet claimed he was the real victim in police bodycam footage. Mark Roher, 52, has been accused of smashing a plate over a man's head after he allowed two children to skip the line at a prime rib carving station on January 18 at Boca Lago Country Club. The victim, who was the father of one of the children, 'turned away from Mark in an attempt to ignore him and this is when Mark walked up to him with a plate and hit the victim on the head,' the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office arrest report said.
