The family of Matt Pinfield, the radio host and former MTV VJ who suffered a massive stroke that left him hospitalized in January — is involved in a legal battle over his conservatorship. According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, Pinfield's 38-year-old daughter Jessica Pinfield has filed for conservatorship of her father, 63. But his girlfriend Kara Brown and his brother Glenn Pinfield are now alleging that Jessica is attempting to isolate Matt from the rest of his family.
