The terrorist who killed 15 and left dozens injured in the New Orleans attack was living in a run-down trailer park where he kept sheep, chickens and goats after he left the army, it has been revealed. Shamsud-Din Jabbar, 42, a US citizen born and raised in Texas drove an electric vehicle from Houston to Louisiana to carry out the deadly attack which killed 15 and left at least 35 injured.
