Kelsea Ballerini and Chase Stokes are all loved up heading into 2025. On Tuesday, Dec. 31, the Outer Banks actor celebrated the New Year with a photo of himself and Ballerini snuggled up together. In the Instagram picture, Ballerini wrapped her arm around Stokes from behind, resting her chin on his shoulder. Stokes turned his face toward her's, smiling. "2024 thanks for being done," captioned Stokes. The "Sorry Mom" singer shared photos from their Thanksgiving together in November 2024, which Ballerini, 31, hosted in her Nashville home.
