America's foremost burger expert has revealed his surprising pick for the best fast-food burger in the country. George Motz, the acclaimed burger historian and chef, has named his ultimate chain burger joint. 'A lot of the fast food models are not really based on any sort of care about what goes in to the product, it's just about making money and getting it out there,' Motz told DailyMail.com as he flipped patties at his Hamburger America restaurant in New York City's SoHo neighborhood.
