Rosie O'Donnell's daughter Chelsea O'Donnell has been arrested for the third time in less than three months in connection with drug charges. Chelsea, 27, who was a baby when Rosie, 62, adopted her, was most recently arrested November 18, following previous arrests on September 10 and October 11 in connection with allegations of drug-related offenses. Chelsea had been out on $4,000 bail (posted by her birth mother on November 13) at the time of her most recent arrest, Us Weekly reported Monday after reviewing court documents.
