Maryland police have launched an extensive search effort for to find a young girl who has disappeared. Chloe Brooks Parker, 12, was reported missing on Monday. The Cumberland Police Department issued an Amber alert across Allegany County, urging people to help find her. Police described her as a 'frequent runaway' and said they have not received any tips about her whereabouts as of Monday night. The Amber alert reads: 'The Cumberland Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating a missing juvenile.
