President-elect Donald Trump has given House Speaker Mike Johnson an ultimatum, saying if he doesn't get tough then he will not be the Republican leader in the next Congress. And a now a senator is even floating the idea of replacing Johnson as the top Republican in the House with maverick Elon Musk. Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., says the Constitution does not require the speaker to be a member of Congress, opening the door for fresh blood.
