A baby whose pram smashed into a train carriage was just three seconds away from colliding with it head on, a report has revealed. The miraculous escape was captured on CCTV footage at Banbury train station in June when a buggy carrying the three-month-old child rolled towards the tracks and hit the Cross Country train. The impact sent the buggy spiraling down the platform before it toppled over, with someone swiftly plucking the young child out and to safety.
