A Florida man who was tied up on a beach anticipating a romp in the sand ended up in the hospital after a bloody attack. The victim - described as a 'frantic male with no shirt yelling' - was allegedly jumped and struck by a hatchet on an Ormond-by-the-Sea beach on Wednesday, according to the arrest affidavit. Alana Cagle, 18, lured the victim into the area at around 8.30pm so 'she could tie him up on the beach and have sex with him,' but the situation took a vicious turn.
