A murder suspect is on the run after he allegedly chased down and hacked his neighbour 25 times with a machete. Alvaro Lovos, 52, has been named as the suspect in the killing of his neighbor Charlie Wilson, 67, outside a convenience store in Houston, Texas, around 11pm on November 19. CCTV footage shows Lovos chasing down Wilson before slashing him 25 times with a machete, according to Houston Police.
