Kelsea Ballerini and Chase Stokes are hopelessly devoted to each other! The singer, 31, and Outer Banks actor, 32, wore Grease-inspired costumes at Heidi Klum's 23rd annual Halloween party at the Hard Rock Hotel New York on Thursday, Oct. 31. Ballerini dressed as Sandy Olsson, Olivia Newton-John's character, complete with red high-heels and a skin-tight black outfit. Stokes did his best John Travolta impression, dressing as Danny Zuko with a black leather jacket and curly hair.
