Kate Middleton is "doing well" amid her cancer journey according to Prince William. On Wednesday, Nov. 6, the Prince, 42, talked to British broadcasters a few hours before his Earthshot Prize awards were due to be awarded in Cape Town, South Africa and said of Kate: "She's doing really well thanks. And hopefully, she is watching tonight. So cheering me on." Princess Kate, who started her cancer treatment in February, announced the end of her chemotherapy treatment in September.
