Legendary NFL quarterback Brett Favre thinks Deion Sanders should be a leading contender to become the new coach of the Dallas Cowboys if Mike McCarthy gets fired. McCarthy's position in Texas is extremely vulnerable after a dismal season that has left them at 4-7 and almost certainly out of playoff contention. Earlier this week, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones admitted he could still offer McCarthy a new contract. But last season's collapse in the playoffs and their abysmal home form this season has led many to expect him not to be offered a new contract.
