A Las Vegas woman was found dead inside a luggage bag near an apartment complex last week. Kristen Avelar, 46, was declared dead on the scene after the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police responded to a tip of a possible deceased person near Spencer Street and East Reno Avenue. Now, police are urging the public for help. Authorities received the tip shortly after 4am on Thursday after an individual spotted a dead person inside a bag, The Mirror reported.
