Nikki Garcia is seeking full custody of her 4-year-old son with Artem Chigvintsev, whom she filed for divorce from earlier this week. In her divorce petition filed on Wednesday, Sept. 11 and reviewed by PEOPLE, Garcia requested legal and physical custody of their son Matteo. The documents request that Chigventsev be allowed child visitation. Matteo is their only child. The former WWE star, 40, cited "irreconcilable differences" as grounds for divorce from the Dancing With the Stars pro, 42.
