Nikki Garcia's marriage is on the rocks following her husband Artem Chigvintsev's arrest. A source tells PEOPLE that the 40-year-old has obtained a divorce lawyer less than two weeks after Chigvintsev, 42, was arrested on accusations of corporal injury to spouse in Napa, Calif. on Aug. 29. Chigvintsev was arrested and then booked in the Napa County Jail, where he was charged and given a $25,000 bail, according to intake records obtained by PEOPLE.
