A Massachusetts mother is demanding answers after her six-year-old son was left on a school bus for more than four hours and was never dropped off at his stop. Ronda Johnson was waiting for her son Justin last week on his first day of first-grade excited to hear about his day - but he never got dropped off by the bus at 3.30pm. For more than an hour Johnson tried to find her child - the bus app that enables parents to track the school bus was not working - and she called the school and the dispatch center, but wasn't getting any answers.
