Elton John has returned to the red carpet for the first time since revealing he's "been dealing with a severe eye infection" that has affected his vision. On Friday, Sept. 6, just days after he shared the health news with fans, the music icon, 77, hit the red carpet at the Toronto International Film Festival with husband David Furnish. To mark the world premiere of John's documentary Elton John: Never Too Late, the longtime couple wore complementary looks, with the singer layering shades of dark maroon — including his signature shades — and co-director Furnish, 61, rocking a plum tux.
