Just days after Diddy was hit with a massive $100 million default judgment, the troubled music mogul is trying to fight it. The 54-year-old rapper was sued by Derrick Lee Cardello-Smith for $100 million, claiming he was drugged and sexually assaulted him at a 1997 party. Since Diddy did not formally respond to the lawsuit, or attend a virtual hearing that took place on Monday, the judge issued a default judgment against the rapper.
