Artem Chigvintsev has responded to Nikki Garcia's divorce petition after the former WWE star submitted legal paperwork to end their marriage. The Dancing with the Stars pro, 42, filed documents on Friday, Sept. 13, seeking joint legal and physical custody of their 4-year-old son Matteo and is requesting spousal support, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE. He also asks Garcia, 40, to pay his attorney's fees and costs. His requests come after Garcia requested sole legal and physical custody of their son, allowing Chigvintsev visitation.
