Sheinelle Jones is sharing some early details about her upcoming book. Speaking with PEOPLE after celebrating fellow Today show host Al Roker's 70th birthday on Tuesday, Aug. 20, Jones, 46, spoke about how the idea for her forthcoming book, Through Mom's Eyes, initially came about. The book, which will be published next year by G.P. Putnam's Sons, is based on a segment that Jones hosts on the news program.
