The makeup artist and viral TikToker, 26, stars in a new campaign which sees her taking over the beauty brand for 24 hours, and to mark the appointment, she's announcing major news. Nogueira is bringing back the e.l.f. x Mikayla Marriage Material Lip Duo, which she and the company originally released last June.
