Simply days after Arnold Schwarzenegger underwent surgery to have a pacemaker fitted, the actor and former California governor shared a brand new photograph of himself via Instagram.

In the snap, Schwarzenegger, 76, could be seen enjoyable in a chair, sporting his "pacemaker" — a clock with a "excessive voltage" signal hooked up — as he seems to be at the digital camera.
