NFL coach confirms pivotal quarterback change before Week 4 matchup

Injuries have ravaged the NFL over the first three weeks of the regular season, with many teams having to rely on their practice squads and depth earlier than expected. Possibly the most glaring example of this is the Miami Dolphins, who are without starting quarterback Tua Tagovailoa indefinitely after he suffered another concussion in Week 2. Tagovailoa's backup, Skylar Thompson, exited last week's game against the Seattle Seahawks with a rib injury and was limited in practice for most of this week.
